1. Overview
CC-TAIN01 is a dedicated simplex (non-redundant) IOTA wiring base for Honeywell Series C non-HART 16-channel analog input module CC-PAIX01. IOTA (Input Output Termination Assembly) is the bottom wiring carrier board of the I/O module, installed on the C300 rack backplane, with the AI module plugged vertically on top. It only supports conventional non-HART 4–20mA two-wire transmitters and voltage signals, no HART circuit, cannot match HART AI cards such as CC-PAIH01/02/51. Equipped with dense screw terminal blocks for 16-channel field wiring, built-in signal isolation, surge suppression circuit, G3 conformal coating, and complete mechanical interlock for hot-swap protection. Widely used in non-redundant small and medium DCS cabinets for power, petrochemical, water treatment sites with mass ordinary analog transmitters.
